We are now looking for a talented Production Assistant to join the MR PORTER Creative Production team. Reporting to the Production Director, you will shadow, and work in tandem with the Production team but independently will concentrate on content checks, job trafficking, and communicating status updates to the wider Creative team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within Creative Production within a fast-paced environment.

ITV – Production Co-ordinator Talent Pool

We are opening up a Talent Pool for Production Co-ordinators for Entertainment and Shiver in preparation for any roles that maybe coming up in the near future.

Our Co-Ordinators support the PM in the day to day running of the production across a range of disciplines (Studio, OB, Location filming)

You need to have a strong financial awareness of the key cost drivers of a production, monitor parts of the budgets such as travel and hotel spend for the PM.

You would be looking after risk assessments, producing detailed call sheets and schedules, raising purchase orders for committed costs, organise hotel accommodation and meal expenses for contributors/talent/production team.

Shine TV – Production Trainee Scheme

What we are offering

We are building a new team to work with our development teams and on productions. We are offering two six month contracts, one from September 2015 and one from March 2016. The work is full time and paid at a weekly rate of £350 gross. You will be based in London NW1.

We want people who love TV, watch a lot of it and are capable of coming up with a broad range of new and exciting TV shows. The Guardian – Production Assistant

We are now looking for a Production Assistant to join the Central Production team (on a 6 month basis), to monitor GNM sites and ensure the highest editorial, design and production standards are maintained across the network, with a focus on tag management. Responsibilities will include:

• Completing production projects as directed
• Understanding and effectively using theguardian.com’s content management systems
• Assisting and advising on desirable practices across the Guardian’s digital platforms
• Working closely with the technical team to ensure that the production system and editors’ tools are working properly, and to communicate information to users
• Responding to concerns from the readers’ editor, the legal team and the syndication department
• Ensuring correct use of external content and maintain the integrity and openness of the Guardian’s digital archive
• Processing corrections in a timely manner
• Providing production training and notes for permanent and freelance editorial/production staff
• Representing the team and build effective working relationships with colleagues in all departments within Guardian News and Media.
