The Digital content team consider the customer journey and experience through content across all digital channels. They carry out quality checks on all business as usual content on both staging and live environments.

You will:

  • Assist the Digital Content team with projects, being responsible for filling out briefs and providing links along with chasing in assets whilst working to tight deadlines.
  • Effectively communicating with all levels across the various teams involved in producing content to provide clear updates and briefs.
  • Quality check all business as usual content on both staging and live environments.
  • Be responsible for checking briefs, ensuring all data is correct and filling out as appropriate.
  • Understand data & shopping missions to check the current digital experience.
  • Perform competitive shopping exercises to monitor the change in market activity.
  • Uphold best practices and be proactive in proposing improvements to content processes along with customer experiences and journey

Candidate requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Awareness of how you can present content in a digital space.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Commercially aware
  • Understanding of digital trading and marketing including SEO best practice and user experience.
  • Understanding of creative and editorial constraints.
  • Understanding of technical constraints within digital space.
